Start Your Day with a Little Faith Boost

Start Your Day with a Little Faith Boost (aka, Prayer)

Mornings can be… a lot. Whether you’re scrambling to get out of bed, brewing your third cup of coffee, or praying the snooze button works overtime, it’s easy to get caught up in the chaos. But before you dive into your inbox or get wrapped up in a mental list of 50 things to do, why not give your day a quick boost of faith?

Prayer doesn’t have to be a grand ritual. Seriously. You don’t need to memorize a whole prayer book or say it in Latin (unless you want to, but no pressure). You can just start with a simple “Hey God, I could really use some help today” or “Thank you for getting me through yesterday.” Sometimes, a quick check-in with God can make all the difference. I know it sounds cheesy, but those 30 seconds of gratitude and intention can set the tone for your day.

Testimony:
I used to roll out of bed with zero motivation and a whole lot of stress. I’d think, “I don’t have time for this prayer thing today,” only to find myself grumpy and overwhelmed by 9 a.m. (classic). One day, I was in the middle of rushing out the door when I whispered, “God, help me through this crazy day.” To my surprise, things started falling into place. It wasn’t a miracle, but I felt a sense of peace that carried me through. That moment taught me that even the smallest prayers count. And guess what? God’s still listening—even when I’m in a rush.
